Orders will be processed as they are received – first in, first out. Our warehouse team ships orders as quickly as possible – often same or next day – but additional time may be needed based on volume or weather. Please see our Shipping Guidlines for details.
Orders placed through this website will guarantee quickest processing, as all product information, quantity and pricing will be accurate to our system.
Orders by phone or email are perfectly fine, but please note that calling in your order will not expedite the process.
We kindly ask that you’re prepared with your complete order, including item numbers, to avoid delays in process. Without item numbers, your order may take additional time and will be processed after other orders have been completed.
We understand that sometimes an item is missed or a customer asks for a product just after you’ve placed an order. We’ll always try to accommodate these add-ons, but since we pack orders as quickly as possible, we may not be able to call it back from the warehouse to add items or make other changes.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
Occasionally, items will be sold out or unavailable due to short shelf life. Due to warehouse flow, we may not know until after your order has shipped. Neuhaus will no longer create backorders or ship out of stock items free of charge.
