WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER SHIP?
Weather permitting, our warehouse team ships orders Monday-Friday until 2:00pm Eastern Standard Time. We often ship orders the same day they’re received, though we do request 1-2 days lead time. Due to time needed to process and pack, orders received after 12pm will not be considered for same day shipping.
Our ability to ship orders same or next day may occasionally be limited by high volume. Orders sent at least two business days in advance of requested shipping date will limit delays (e.g. if you’d like your order to ship Monday, please place your order by Thursday). Holiday orders may require additional processing time.
If you require special shipping windows, please let us know in advance and we’ll make every effort to accommodate.
WARM WEATHER SHIPPING
To avoid melting or other heat damage when temperatures rise above 70°F, we will avoid weekend transit. As an example, if you place your order after 12pm Tuesday and shipping would require 3-days in transit, we may hold your order until Monday.
NEED TO EXPEDITE SHIPPING?
You’re free to upgrade to Overnight, 2-Day, Early Morning, etc. We’ll contribute $40 toward your upgrade and will invoice the difference.
For example, if 2-Day Express costs $200 and Neuhaus contributes $40, your cost would be $160.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Your UPS or Fedex master tracking numbers can be found on your invoice, under the heading “Ship No.,” followed by the amount of cartons.
e.g. “627663831234*3” would mean that tracking # 627663831234 contains 3 cartons.
Sometimes, packages are separated at UPS/Fedex sorting facilities, so your order may be arrive in multiple deliveries (e.g. you’ve received 3 out of 4 cartons). Using your Fedex master tracking #, you’ll be able to check status of each package in your shipment.
